For clinical study and diagnosis, compression of Electro Cardio Gram (ECG) signal is a fundamental step for processing. However, the reconstruction introduce errors in signal. Therefore, error minimization crucial before using these signals analysis diagnosis. This paper presents an efficient method to minimize adaptive filtering technique. Better was achieved based on higher value Compression Ratio lesser Percent Root mean squared difference. Daubechies Wavelet easily detects spikes while keeping less rate Least Mean Squared Error algorithm. percentage appeared be minimum when because its small coefficients other than Haar Coiflet Wavelet. it concluded that should have been used reconstructed
